The following compliment came into the Noodle Head mail room:
"Earlier this week, my daughter Madeline received a letter back from Barbara Wagner, regarding one of your toys that broke very shortly after she bought it (one of those doggy diva things).
The letter we received this week - along with a replacement part and two bonus "dog pillows" - was a HUGE HIT. I have never read such a nice letter from a toy company - CLEARLY aimed at my child (and her "pets" Roxy and Daisy), and her interest in your company's toys.
It was touching, genuine, and certainly gave my wife and I a new appreciation of your company's committment to customer service and customer satisfaction.
Thank you for making my daughter's week. :)
